Stryker Rejuvenate Hip Implant Recall
As attorneys, we are often called about products that are defective. Sometimes the facts are shocking. We hear about a product and how it malfunctioned or failed and caused huge injuries. At times, that failing product is a singular model. Other times it is simply a defective design that dooms all the products. Of course, Stryker did not admit fault in this matter, but after so many hips failed, they finally, on June 6, 2012 recalled the entire product.
